Developed a full-featured web application for Port City Pirates Wrestling, including custom membership management, subscription billing with automated renewals, and an integrated backend for coaches and administrators. The platform simplifies registration, payments, and communication for both athletes and parents while maintaining a professional online presence that reflects the team’s brand and mission.
RuneRaven Dynamics designed and built a complete digital ecosystem for Port City Pirates Wrestling — a premier youth wrestling program based in Wilmington, NC. The project included a modern, responsive website paired with a secure backend system that manages memberships, recurring subscriptions, and payment automation through integrated Square processing. Coaches and administrators can easily track memberships, renewals, and payments, while athletes and parents enjoy a seamless sign-up and account management experience. Additional features include tiered membership options for different age groups, automated email notifications, and a content management dashboard for staff updates and announcements. The platform reflects the team’s competitive spirit and community focus, strengthening engagement and streamlining operations for ongoing growth.

Designed and built a clean, fast website with core pages and a simple way for customers to view work and get in touch. Added in-person and remote payment tools so Oceanside can take payments at the job site or send secure pay links by text or email.

Payments: • In-person payments – tap/chip/swipe support using integrated payment hardware for quick on-site checkout. • Remote payments – one-click invoice/checkout links sent via text or email for deposits, progress payments, or final invoices. • Features – itemized estimates, tax handling, receipts, refunds, and basic reporting. The setup streamlines quoting → invoicing → payment so Oceanside can focus on the build while getting paid faster.
